Dr. Spears - Sports Performance International

OK, Rob suggested Dr. Spears to me yesterday, so I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. All the good things Rob has heard about Dr. Spears are confirmed; he is awesome. If anyone needs an orthopedist for any reason, this is the guy. It doesn't hurt that his office is really beautiful!! Unfortunately, the doctor's orders are that I cannot run again until my abductor muscle is healed. I have three weeks of PT scheduled and hopefully I'll be able to catch back up with y'all then. I'll think of y'all every Tuesday when the physical therapist is torturing me! Until we meet again, happy trails!!
